Return policy

1. Eligibility

  • You may return thermos cups and ceramic cups within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags/accessories intact.
  • Customized products (e.g., engraved cups) are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone to request a return authorization (RA) number. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Package the item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the exterior.
  3. Ship the return to: 32 Rue de Candale, Bordeaux, Nouvelle-Aquitaine 51602, France.
  4. You are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

3. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds: Processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Funds will be credited to your original payment method (excludes original shipping fees).
  • Replacements: Available for defective or damaged items. We will ship a replacement once the returned item is verified, at no additional cost.

4. Exceptions

  • No returns for items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
  • Late returns (after 14 days) will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
