Return policy
1. Eligibility
- You may return thermos cups and ceramic cups within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags/accessories intact.
- Customized products (e.g., engraved cups) are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process
- Contact our support team via email or phone to request a return authorization (RA) number. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Package the item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the exterior.
- Ship the return to: 32 Rue de Candale, Bordeaux, Nouvelle-Aquitaine 51602, France.
- You are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
3. Refunds & Replacements
- Refunds: Processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Funds will be credited to your original payment method (excludes original shipping fees).
- Replacements: Available for defective or damaged items. We will ship a replacement once the returned item is verified, at no additional cost.
4. Exceptions
- No returns for items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
- Late returns (after 14 days) will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
